Ingredients You’ll Need
Simple ingredients, bold taste. Here's what you need:
5 boiled eggs
Four tomatoes of medium size need to be finely cut or blended.
2 green chillies (chopped)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chicken masala powder (optional, but magical!)
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Fresh coriander to garnish
Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions
Boil the eggs and peel them. Users have two options: they can cut eggs in half slices or serve them whole.
Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a hot pan before cooking.
Saute green chillies that have been chopped together for a brief period.
Put the pureed or finely cut tomatoes in the pan and heat them until oil becomes visible.
Mix turmeric with red chilli and salt, garam masala along with chicken masala powder into the pan. The mixture should be heated on medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
Dilute the mixture with some water for the recommended fluidity.
Put the boiled eggs into the pan while you gently combine them with the masala mixture.
Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
The dish is complete with coriander garnish and it pairs perfectly with roti or paratha or rice.
